Zy'lia Grace Pratt of Hamilton passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026 at her residence.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, 12:00 until service time beginning at 2:00 at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow at Palmer Cemetery.
Survivors include, Parents: Braydon and Selena Pratt, Sister: Avianha Pratt, Nana: Janet Kilgore, Momaw and PopPop: Melissa and Donald Pratt, Popaw: James Wallace, a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Great Grandparents.
