Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, 5:00 Pm at Cedar Tree Cemetery.
Survivors include, Children: Scharlet Shackelford and Robert Phillip (Carolyn) Shackelford, Grandchildren: Jessica Crouch (Jason) Fontenot, Special Great Niece: Amber Vickery (Brandon) Steward, Nephews: Roger (Barbara) Sullins, Randy (Shirley) Sullins, Freddy (Betty) Sullins, Larry (Karen) McCarley, and Bob Howell, Nieces: Janice West, Lanice (Kenny) Vickery, Rita Morgan, Sherry Taylor, and Daphne Hamby, Sister-In-Law: Betty Ruth Howell, and a host of Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
She was preceded in death by, Parents: Bert Arvis Sullins and Lou Ella Cole Sullins, Husband: Robert Henry Shackleford, Brothers: Eugene Sullins, Roland Eudene (Lucille) Sullins, and Bert Arvis Sullins Jr. (Perna)
