Martha Sue Sanderson , 76, passed away peacefully December 23, 2025 at her residence in Hamilton. She was born in Marion County Alabama on November 6, 1949 to the late Hobert and Elouise Cochran. She was a light in the world who will be missed dearly. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2025 at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel from 2:00 until service time beginning at 3:00 with burial following at Cooper Cemetery in Detroit ,AL. Survivors include, Sons: Timmy Sanderson and Joey Sanderson, Grandsons: Timmy (Savannah) Sanderson, Joseph Sanderson, and Justin (Resa) Sanderson , Granddaughters: Brittney Sanderson, Alyssa Sanderson, Kayla (Britton) Zellars, Great Grandson: Kayson Sanchez and Carter Finch, Great Granddaughter: Wrenlee Sanderson, Sisters: Annette Cochran, Reba Taylor, Jenny Palmer, Judy (Jack) Reynolds, and Donna Purser along with a host of Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends. In addition to her Parents, she was preceded in death by: Husband: E.P Sanderson, Sisters: Louise (Raymond) Edwards, Janice (Orbie) Sullins, and Linda Cochran, Brothers: Steve, Randy, James and Donahue Cochran.
