“They made a mistake on my husbands death certificate. They advised me 6 weeks ago they sent it in to be amended. I called Friday to Montgomery and they says they have not received it. I spoke to Kelly and she said she had sent 6 others in and was going to call and would call me back. I’ve not heard back. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. When dealing with the loss of a loved one, this is the last thing I need to deal with.”
